Samuel joined EMRS in 2005, rapidly progressing to become Operations Manager in 2006 and Chief Operations Director in 2009.
With experience in political polling and public opinion polling, Samuel has considerable expertise in informing the creative development of public education campaigns, as well as designing and assessing advertising and marketing materials.

Commencing at EMRS in 2009, Paul has close to 10 years’ experience as our Senior Research Analyst, and in 2018 was appointed Research Manager.
He works closely with clients in developing research proposals that are effectively targeted to provide results.
Paul has extensive skills in project management, and in qualitative and quantitative analysis and reporting, drawing out key information to provide clients with valuable insights and assist them in informed decision making.
Thomas performs a critical role at EMRS for our internal team and our clients as Operations Manager, with his particular expertise in data software and analysis.
Thomas is responsible for overseeing the programming of all telephone and online surveys, drawing of sample, and data cleaning and coding to ensure all outputs delivered to clients are of the highest quality.
Adam has been with EMRS since 2016 and is responsible for all fieldwork conducted in the call centre and face-to-face surveying conducted around Tasmania.
His attention to detail and communication style ensure that interviewers are trained and coached to deliver quality, objective data that our clients can rely on.
Senior Research Analyst
Katrin commenced work with EMRS in 2010 and provides important support to the research team in her role as Senior Research Analyst.
She is responsible for contributing to the development of research proposals that meet client needs, questionnaire design, and overseeing the quality of data analysis and written reporting prior to delivery to clients.
Mandy has been in her role as Fieldwork Supervisor since 2013 and in her time has played a significant role in improving the quality and timeliness achieved in the call centre.
Along with Adam, she ensures that all interviewers are trained and coached to deliver quality, objective data that our clients can rely on and to meet the strict, often tight, timeframes expected by the research team and our clients.
Joining EMRS in 2005, Annette has become an invaluable member of our team in her role as office Administrator.
She is responsible for handling payroll and reception duties, as well as arranging and confirming appointments, and organising and catering for events hosted by EMRS.
In co-ordinating the flow of information and activities, both internally and externally, Annette plays a vital role in the smooth operations of EMRS, providing all our clients with timely service of the highest standard.
The newest member of the EMRS team, Sean assists Thomas with our online survey offering.
Sean plays an integral role in the set-up and scripting of all online surveys EMRS undertakes, along with the provision of data tables and files once fieldwork is completed.
Coming from an IT background, Sean also brings a skillset that allows EMRS to continue to innovate and take advantage of the latest technology to improve our efficiency internally and to deliver quality outcomes for clients.
