Fieldwork Supervisor

Sharna has wide experience working in EMRS’ call centre. Beginning as one of our team of interviewers, she was subsequently promoted to the position of Fieldwork Supervisor. In this role she now provides skilled assistance in the training and oversight of our 150-strong interviewing team. This includes all fieldwork EMRS conducts in-house through Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing and Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing.
